What's the typical turnaround time on
orders?
Most restorations and artwork are ready for previewing within a week.
Jewelry, ornaments, and other gift items are typically completed within
two weeks.

Can I use my child's school picture or
other professionally taken photo?
Reproduction rights (copyright) of professionally taken photos,
including school pictures, belong to the photographer who created the photo
unless you were expressly given permission to reproduce them.
These copyrighted photos can only be reproduced
by us when accompanied with proof of
permission to copy from the copyright owner. A copy of your copyright
release or proof of permission can
be submitted with your order. We
reserve the right to refuse to reproduce any image we feel may
possibly be copyrighted if no such release is submitted. For questions regarding
copyright, please visit the

Do you outsource the work?
All
restoration, image enhancement, and artwork, as well as all
production of jewelry, ornaments, and gift items is performed here
in our Michigan studio.

Legacy Image photo restorations and artistic renderings: We print to
archival standards, and will replace at no cost any printed image
that fades/discolors under recommended display or storage
conditions, as well as any print with a defect incurred during the
printing or in-house handling of the print.
Jewelry, ornaments, and other gift items: All items are warranted from defect
or failure under normal usage for one year. Items returned due to a
defect will be repaired or replaced.

Do you use any base
metals containing lead in your jewelry or ornaments?
No. Any base metals used in any of our items is manufactured without lead content.
